As part of your extensive design package, you will receive piece of mind that everything lighting, from ambient to task to accent, will be thoughtfully integrated into the design.
This service includes a mood board of your fixtures and purchasing assistance.

3D RENDERINGS & DRAWINGS
We encourage our clients to take advantage of our 3D renderings, which offer real life expectations that deliver results without guesswork.
Everything from wall textures to lighting is portrayed in our renderings to give the client a visual perspective of the space for approval.
Although we offer floor plan drawings as a separate service, this will typically include floor plans of the rendered spaces as well.
VISUAL MOOD BOARDS
Depending on the needs of your project, your board can range from a single page of 5 materials and fixtures, to a multi-page PDF of materials, fixtures, finishes, and furniture selections, and how they marry together within the design. Our mood boards range from offering different product selections for review, like when selecting finish materials for your kitchen or bath design, to exact furniture and accessory placements within a room.
We also like to make notes & suggestions directly on the boards to simulate a visual conversation between the designer and client.
LANDSCAPE DESIGN
